We are investigating allegations of sexual assault at the Villa at the Lake assisted living facility located at 48 Parrish Road in Conneaut, Ohio 44030. Conneaut is a smaller town, about an hour outside of Cleveland, near Ashtabula in the Northeast corner of Ohio near the Pennsylvania border.

The Villa at the Lake assisted living facility has both assisted living and memory care. We are investigating allegations that multiple residents were assaulted by a staff member.
